💡 Short version: AI Vastu digital reports normally non-refundable hain kyunki ye on-demand generate hote hain. Lekin agar technical failure, duplicate payment ya major delivery issue ho, to hum replacement ya refund support denge. Failed payments Razorpay process ke through auto-refund ho sakte hain।
1. Digital Products — General Policy
Yeh policy AstroNagendra ke AI Vastu platform par bechi jaane wali digital reports aur expert consultation bookings par lagu hoti hai.
Kyunki AstroNagendra ke primary products AI-generated digital Vastu reports hain jo order ke baad quickly process ya deliver hote hain, isliye:
- AI Quick Check ya Complete Vastu Report successfully generate/deliver ho gayi = normally refund applicable nahi
- Ye digital service / digital goods nature ki policy hai aur applicable consumer rules ke anusar interpret ki jayegi

3. Refund Milega — Kab?
In cases mein refund ya replacement milega:
- Technical failure: Payment successful thi lekin AI Vastu report generate ya deliver nahi hui
- Major delivery discrepancy: Uploaded floor plan/readable input ke bawajood report clearly wrong file ya failed processing ki wajah se bani ho
- Duplicate payment: Ek hi service/order ke liye do baar charge ho gaya
- Consultation cancellation: Aapne 24 ghante ya usse pehle cancel kiya — full refund
- Our fault cancellation: Agar hum session confirm nahi kar paye — full refund
4. Refund Nahi Milega — Kab?
- AI report successfully deliver/generate ho gayi aur aapne use access kar liya
- "Report mujhe pasand nahi aayi", "expectation alag thi", ya general dissatisfaction without technical fault
- Blurred, incomplete, galat, ya kisi aur property ka floor plan/upload diya gaya aur report usi input ke hisaab se generate hui
- Consultation mein 24 ghante se kam pehle cancel kiya
- No-show (aap consultation call / scheduled session mein join nahi hue)
5. Refund Process — Kaise Request Karein?
Refund request ke liye payment ya issue ke 3 din ke andar contact karein:
Message mein include karein: Order ID, payment screenshot, service name, aur issue ka short description।
6. Refund Timeline
- Approved refund: 5–7 working days (same source/payment method par, subject to bank timelines)
- Failed payment auto-refund: 5–7 working days (Razorpay / bank reversal process)
- UPI refunds: Generally 1–3 working days, bank/PSP dependent
- Credit/Debit card: 5–7 working days (bank dependent)
