1. Platform Kya Hai?

AstroNagendra ek AI-powered Vastu platform hai jo floor plan based Vastu analysis, instant Vastu score, detailed digital reports aur expert consultation provide karta hai। Platform Pandit Nagendra Tiwari (Maihar, MP) ke guidance framework par operate hota hai।

2. Eligibility (Kaun Use Kar Sakta Hai?)

• Aap 18 saal ya usse bade hone chahiye
• Aap India ke resident hone chahiye
• Aapki provided information sahi aur accurate honi chahiye
• Aap platform ka illegal use nahi karenge

3. Services aur Reports

Hamare primary Vastu service plans nimn hain:

• ₹9 AI Quick Check: instant Vastu score, core issues preview aur basic summary
• ₹999 Complete Vastu Report: room-wise detailed AI analysis, practical corrections aur expanded guidance
• ₹9,999 Expert Consultation: Pandit Nagendra Tiwari ke saath personal consultation / expert guidance session

Reports AI-assisted analysis par based hoti hain aur advisory purpose ke liye hoti hain। Construction, renovation, purchase ya final implementation decisions aapki apni zimmedari rahenge। Kuch services ya prices samay ke saath update ho sakte hain, lekin order ke samay jo price dikhaya jayega wahi applicable hoga।

4. Payment Terms

• Sab online payments Razorpay ya authorised payment channel ke through process hote hain
• Prices INR mein dikhaye jaate hain; tax treatment service configuration ke hisaab se ho sakta hai
• Payment successful hone ke baad hi paid report, consultation ya related access activate hota hai
• Failed, duplicate ya technically unsuccessful payment cases mein refund standard banking timeline ke anusar process hota hai

5. Partner Program Terms

• Partner Program mein join karna subject to approval ho sakta hai
• Affiliate commission sirf successful, genuine aur settled transactions par milega
• Payout thresholds, schedules aur rates samay-samay par update kiye ja sakte hain
• Referral link ka misuse — spam, fake leads, self-referral abuse, fake clicks — account suspension ka karan ban sakta hai
• AstroNagendra kisi bhi partner account ko review, hold ya terminate kar sakta hai agar misuse ka doubt ho
• Updated partner terms website ya dashboard ke madhyam se communicate kiye ja sakte hain

6. Prohibited Use

Nimn use allowed nahi hai:

• Platform ka illegal ya fraudulent use
• Fake reviews ya testimonials dalna
• Bots ya automated tools se clicks generate karna
• Doosron ki personally identifiable information upload karna
• Copyright content copy karna ya redistribute karna
• Platform ko hack, scrape, ya DDoS karne ki koshish karna

7. Intellectual Property

AstroNagendra ka naam, logo, report structure, design system, copy aur platform code hamari intellectual property hain। Bina written permission ke inhe copy, resell ya redistribute nahi kiya ja sakta.

Aapke dwara upload ki gayi floor plan images ya related files aapki property rehti hain; hum unhe sirf analysis, processing aur service delivery ke liye use karte hain.

8. Liability Limitation

AstroNagendra aur Pandit Nagendra Tiwari nimn paristhitiyon ke liye directly liable nahi honge:

• AI report ya consultation guidance ke aadhar par liye gaye construction, renovation, vastu correction ya property decisions
• User dwara galat, adhuri ya unclear floor plan / input upload karne se hue inaccurate results
• Platform downtime, internet issues, third-party API/payment gateway failure ya technical interruption
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, connectivity outages, etc.)

9. Governing Law

Ye agreement Indian law ke under governed hai। Koi bhi dispute Madhya Pradesh courts mein resolve hoga।

10. Terms Mein Changes

Hum avashyakta anusar in terms ko update kar sakte hain। Platform ka continued use updated terms ki acceptance maana jayega। Major operational ya policy changes ke liye website par updated version publish kiya jayega.
