Terms & Conditions
ये terms AstroNagendra Vastu Studio, Client Mode और Professional Mode के use पर लागू हैं।
1. Platform scope
AstroNagendra का public product Vastu Studio है। यह layout planning, North degree setup, room/object placement review और Vastu report workflow के लिए बनाया गया platform है। यह Jyotish, Kundli, Muhurat या personalised prediction service का public sales platform नहीं है।
2. Client Mode and paid report
- Client Mode में complete AI-assisted Vastu Report का displayed checkout price ₹1,999 है, जब तक checkout पर अलग clearly stated offer न दिखे।
- Free Studio preview limited use के लिए है; detailed report और final PDF paid unlock के बाद उपलब्ध होते हैं।
- एक paid report purchase एक project/report के लिए एक final PDF generation की अनुमति देता है। Final PDF generate होने के बाद report/layout lock हो जाता है।
3. Professional Mode
Professional Mode architects, Vastu consultants, interior designers और related professionals के लिए credit-based use model है। Current credit packs, eligibility, branding benefits और applicable conditions Professional Program page तथा verified account workflow में shown details के अनुसार लागू होंगे।
4. Calculation and AI boundary
Geometry, plot, rooms, dimensions, doors, roads, North direction और Vastu calculations validated deterministic rule-engine workflow के under process किए जाते हैं। AI features केवल explanation, suggestions, missing-item review और anomaly support के लिए हैं; AI किसी geometry/Vastu calculation की final authority नहीं है।
5. User responsibility
- आपका floor plan, dimensions, North degree और entered details accurate होना आवश्यक है।
- Output planning-support और advisory information है। Construction, renovation, property purchase, safety, structural, engineering, legal या financial decisions के लिए competent professionals की independent advice लें।
- Guaranteed outcomes, fear-based claims या result promises इस platform का हिस्सा नहीं हैं।
6. Payments and access
Payment access केवल server-verified payment के बाद activate होता है। Failed, duplicate या technically unsuccessful payment के cases में support/refund process Refund Policy के अनुसार होगा।
7. Prohibited use
- Unauthorised access, payment manipulation, false identity, self-referral abuse, automated abuse, scraping या security testing without written permission allowed नहीं है।
- किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का plan, contact details या personal data बिना lawful permission upload न करें।
8. Contact and updates
Policy question के लिए website contact channel का उपयोग करें। Material change होने पर relevant public page की update date बदल दी जाएगी।
